Alembic Dry Gin
HACHIBAN
This dry gin is made in Kanazawa using spring water flowing from the sacred mountain Hakusan. In order to bring out the aroma of juniper berries, we use more of it than usual. The result is a sharp harmony of fresh citrus flavors like grapefruit and other flavors. We aimed for a flavor that is easy to drink not only for gin lovers, but also for those who are not familiar with gin, and that will make you want to have another serving.
◉ Botanicals: Juniper berries, coriander seeds, cacao nibs, lemon peel (Hiroshima), orange peel, Japanese spicebush, angelica root, cassia
◉ Brewing water and dilution water: underground water from the sacred mountain Hakusan
Capacity: 500ml
◉Alcohol content: 47% ABV
